School Board Member Brooke Roper joins School Board Partners National Fellowship

Newly elected Hopkins School Board Member, Brooke Roper, is one of 99 individuals nationwide who were invited to join the School Board Partners National Fellowship. 

The competitive, one-year fellowship is designed for diverse elected school board members. This year’s cohort is made up of 80% people of color, with participants hailing from 76 different school districts and 28 different states, representing a total 2.2 million students. As part of the Fellowship, Roper will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, first-hand knowledge, skills needed to implement real change through equity-centered policies.
